Sunset Glenoaks Studios, a 242,000 sf state of the art Studio Campus with seven (7) stages, four (4) production office buildings, mill shop and base camp, completed 2nd Quarter 2024. Acted as Project Executive, managed and lead team of internal project managers, and external consultants, architects and engineers.
One West side/Google Campus is a 584,000 sf redevelopment of a nonfuntional mall into the premier creative office campus located on the Westside. The project was pre-leased by Google in the largest lease transaction in LA and ultimately sold to UCLA for its future Biotech Campus
Tippecanoe & 6th, a 1 million square foot, 2-building, industrial distribution project in San Bernardino. Sourced the land, managed the design and entitlement process, selected the General Contractor, provided development and construction management services and pre-sold asset to Blackrock.
